Second workshop of the WAPLAC network
18-19 December 2025, Ecuador in Quito 

 

We are delighted to invite you to the second workshop of the network on Welfare and Policy in Latin America and the Caribbean (WAPLAC) which will take place at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador in Quito on 18-19 December 2025.

The workshop aims to take stock of recent research on fiscal and welfare policies, inequality, wellbeing, labor market dynamics, mobility, support for democracy, and other social outcomes in LAC.

The Keynote speaker for this workshop is Adriana Camacho (CAF- Banco de Desarollo de América Latina y el Caribe)
